About Realize Better Health

Stephanie Covall MA, Ph.D., NBC-HWC (National Board Certified in Health and Wellness Coaching) is a Duke trained and certified Integrative Health Coach. Dr. Covall has multiple degrees covering neuropsychology, clinical psychology and now integrative health coaching. She specializes in cardiac clients among others, identifying and assisting in implementing behavioral changes enabling the clients to achieve their unique health and specific wellness goals. These goals are achieved through the process of the coach/client partnership. Based on positive psychology, each step is designed to be highly doable and the experience itself as personally rewarding. Dr. Covall works with many individual clients but also occasionally will see clients in a group format. In this type of format, members are guided to create a personalized and incremental approach to making enduring changes for a healthier life.
